TextbookScout is built to need as little of your data as possible. Here's the complete picture.

What we collect

No accounts, no sign-ups, no email capture. Your searches run directly from your browser and are not stored by us. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (aggregate page counts) to understand overall traffic; this does not identify you personally.

Third-party services

Book titles, covers and ISBNs are looked up through the Google Books API from your browser, subject to Google's own privacy policy. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.

Affiliate links

Store links on this site may be affiliate links (including Amazon Associates and the eBay Partner Network). When you click one, the retailer's site may set cookies to attribute your visit; those cookies belong to the retailer and are governed by that retailer's privacy policy. We receive aggregate commission reports, not your personal purchase details.

Children

This site is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
